In Brié-et-Angonnes, L’Étable accommodates up to 4 people in a renovated former stable. The accommodation features a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace, Wi-Fi and private parking. Bed linen and towels are provided. Secure storage is available for bicycles. The living area is bright and welcoming. It comprises a lounge area with a television, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare all your meals: oven, microwave, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, food processor and raclette machine. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, whilst a sofa bed can accommodate two additional guests. Ample storage space makes it easy to stay for several days. The modern bathroom includes a shower, a vanity unit, a heated towel rail, a hairdryer and a toilet, as well as a washing machine, providing great convenience for everyday use. Outside, the private terrace is the perfect spot to enjoy sunny days with unobstructed views of the countryside and the surrounding mountains. A plancha is available for sharing al fresco meals after a day of exploring. Wi-Fi access / No parties allowed. Thanks to its prime location between Grenoble, Uriage-les-Bains, Chamrousse and the Belledonne massif, L’Étable is an ideal base for combining cultural excursions, sporting activities, spa breaks and skiing holidays, as well as getaways in the heart of nature. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant, with a cleaning deposit of €100. A security deposit of €500 is required on arrival and will be refunded 10 days after your departure.
